How to Punk Your Family with Healthy Punkin Pie
Tastes so good they'll never know it's good for them.
*Licking the bowl optional.
Ingredients:
1 Can Organic Unsweetened Pumpkin
2 Scoops Vital Proteins Gelatin
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
2 Tbsp Organic Grade A All Natural Maple Syrup
1 - 2 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
NOTE: Double this recipe for more than 4 people or if you want to fill a 9" pie pan.
Directions:
Lightly grease a standard 9x5 bread pan (or 9" round pie pan) with coconut oil, set aside
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl, blend with a whisk or hand held blender until well incorporated
Pour batter into bread pan or round Refrigerate for at least one hour until firm
Serve with all natural whipped coconut cream* and a few shakes of cinnamon
*coconut cream - simply whip full fat coconut cream with a hand mixer until you reach a consistency of whipped cream
